The new Baba Beach Club Hotel by Sri Panwa- Phuket, Thailand

I’m finally sharing my last destination in Phuket’s picturesque world, where unicorns and flamingos will become your best friends – the new Baba Beach Club of the Sri Panwa group.

Baba Beach Club is located near Natai Beach and just 20 minutes away from Phuket International Airport, with the fun and energetic atmosphere of Sri Panwa, which is a destination for food and music lovers. Baba Beach Club is a beachfront hotel that offers the highest comfort, maximum privacy and service of a 5-star hotel.

The Baba Suites are exquisitely designed to offer a luxurious lifestyle in the middle of a tropical paradise island and very well equipped. The suites are perfectly located next to the restaurant and bar, where the party is always within reach, but the direct access to Natai’s exclusive beach also offers a silent alternative.

Our suite was incredibly huge with 2 floors. The first floor was a huge kitchen and a big living room with access to the pool. On the second floor is the bedroom with a large closet, a huge bathroom with shower and bathtub that includes an automatic toilet. One of the things I liked most was the master control in our bedroom that controlled the mood of the light in the suite. I remember they had 4 different moods- from very bright to very dark and cozy. My favourite was the sexy one – I swear that was the name hahaha. It was’t neither too dark or too bright – a romantic and cozy light perfect when you go to sleep.

The architecture and design of the hotel is very beautiful, from its color designs throughout the hotel and their background fun music. My favorites were the touches of pink all over the hotel to the design of black and white stripes on the sunbathing chairs by the pool that make it more picturesque.

I remember from the first day we arrived I was already thinking there was so many great spots for pictures that I was also thinking what should I wear (sorry but a girls outfit is very important for the pictures lol). I had the perfect barbie outfit: a black and white gingham set from Romwe that matched perfectly with the touch of pink and the black and white stripes.

The design of the bar in the pool is one of the more iconic spots of the hotel that it’s the first thing that called my attention from the lobby when we arrived. It is really unique and modern shape all in stainless silver. What captivates me most are its spiral staircases that take you to a terrace where you can hangout easily for drinks and watch the pink beautiful sunsets.

As for the meals, we started with a delicious breakfast overlooking the pool. Without a doubt an incredible view to start the day joined by their waffles that were my favourites. As for dinner, I remember one day we ordered room service where we both ordered the iconic and my favourite soup:  Thai Tom Yum.

However, we knew we had to try their famous Japanese sushi restaurant located on the top floor. I will definitely recommend ordering the Yuzu mojito and for sure the the gyosas – honestly the best gyozas I have ever had in my life.

One of my favorite spots was the beach area which is a really quiet, very clean and private. I remember having spent almost half a day at the beach with my friend Pilar since was our last day having fun in the Thai sea. The water was so refreshing!

Once we returned to our suite the Baba Beach Club team organized the most amazing bubble bath with flowers in our suite which suited us perfectly after a restless day at sea.

On our last day we were super sad because we really wanted to continue enjoying this paradise and taking pictures in this colourful world.  So now the difficult part for me… the packing situation: as always happens to me when packing nothing fits in the suitcase. It’s amazing how when you arrive at a hotel everything is perfectly folded in the suitcase and the day you leave no matter how hard you try to do it as it was nothing fits haha!

Since we were going back to Bangkok and we almost did not have space I ended up leaving a souvenir prop: my pink flamingo floatie hahaha. Since it took too much time to deflate it and I really did not think I was going to use it again I decided to leave it to someone who would use it. I left my pink flamingo baby with the Baba Beach Club.

It gives me a lot of happiness that they have involved him as part of their family with the others flamingos and unicorns. I’ve actually even seen people taking pictures with him hehehe!

I want to thank the Baba Beach Club staff for their incredible hospitality and for making our last days in Phuket unforgettable.

Love,

Marcy

I can’t believe your room was two floors! What a huge place and love the decor! The beach looks like it is your own private island and the water is so clear. That bathtub looks heavenly and I can only imagine how wonderful it was to lounge in the bath after a day at the beach. I also love that white suite with the ruffles. Super cute! Looks like you had an incredible time here. xoxo, Christine

I love beach front hotels! You are definitely enjoying Thailand and I’m so jealous. I am curious to know how you balance soaking up the sun and living in the moment while also taking photos for your blog. Sometimes when I travel I tend to forget to document because I’m so busy with being present. Love to hear your thoughts!
