Every time I visit Barbados, there is no doubt that I book in Cin Cin by the Sea located in Prospect, St. James.
It is simply exquisite, the attention is impeccable, and the place is just beautiful.
I recommend making reservations early because honestly this is the best restaurant in Barbados, and they are always full, especially the area of the terrace overlooking the sea.
I love the atmosphere over the terrace to feel the breeze, smell the sea, and the truth is that the environment with live music is simply priceless.
The decor of the restaurant itself is very modern, all-white color and silver color, inspiring a very elegant look.
This time of order as an entry 7 “Ratatouille thin crust pizza with goat cheese, peanuts, tapenade and take I ordered a glass of rose wine Chateau Léoube, the pizza was delicious.
For main course I ordered Fish Market and my friend Marimar ordered the spiced seared tuna grilled Mediterranean yellow fish with vegetables, lemon & caper butter polenta. We both loved the main course, it was delicious.
For dessert I ordered the chocolat fondant with crème anglaise and vanilla coffee ice cream, which is really one of the best cholates fondant I’ve tasted.
To close the evening I ordered a green tea while we waited for them to come pick us up.
There is no doubt that every time you visit Barbados, I will make reservations at Cin Cin by the sea, the truth is that I recommend it to anyone going to this destination, you will not regret at all.
