As our second visit in Panama we went to San Blas also know as Guna Yala. The Kunas land, which are the indigenous from Panama. San Blas is an archipelago comprising approximately 365 islands. Is very well known as the Paradise of Panama. So this is a MUST destiny if you ever make it to Panama.
Before this visit with Robert I had visited San Blas about 3 times. To tell the truth none of them were very successful. The first time I went as my first camping experience and of course it was a disaster. After that it took me a while to come back again to San Blas. The second time I stayed in some cabins with a share bathroom. It was much better than the first time except for the bathroom situation since I’m a total clean freak when it comes to bathrooms. And my third and I though it was my last I went only for the day and I will not recommend it since is such a long way just to spend the day.
After so many visits including this one I did with Robert I understand this is the charm of San Blas . This is the Kunas land, which they have built with their own resources and hands. Finding a hotel, hostel, cabin with all the basic accommodations anyone will demand it does not exist until now maybe… The electricity is only available until 7pm, all bathrooms are shared bathrooms, and you can only eat what they have available in food and drinks. It does not exist any menu so you can pick.. It is what it is. But believe me all of this it worth only to be swimming in those crystal waters really!!
I mentioned earlier until now because today I’m going make all you San Blas accommodations more pleasant. In our San Blas visit we stayed in a private over the sea cabin with a decent bed, with a hammock in the balcony facing the ocean, with water and electricity all day long and of course not least important your own private bathroom YAY!!! This is what I called a palace in San Blas.
The principal reason we came was to visit the famous Cayos Holandeses which is about 55 minutes from Wyle island. San Blas it self is a paradise and it has one of the clearest waters I have ever seen. I don’t think I have visit a place or something similar like San Blas where you have so many islands close to each other. Its really amazing. The water from Cayos Holandeses is even clearer and what I loved to see is the different waters colors. In my pictures you can notice a very clear pink, a green and then a fan of blues and turquoise colors. Really one of the most beautiful waters I have ever seen. We stayed in Cayos for a couple of hours tanning, swimming and walking the entire island where we meet a Kuna family that offer us the most delicious coconut water.
Before returning to our castle Lol we made quick stop to the bank of stars where the water looks like a pool and you can do snorkeling. If you ever make it to San Blas this is also a MUST you should tried to visit while you are there.

San Blas la verdad es super lindo y es uno de los top destinos que recomiendo de Panamá. Si quieres algo diferente las playas del golfo de chiriqui son espectaculares pero requiere mas tiempo ya que es mas lejitos. Tambien esta contadora que es super lindo y puedes agarrar el ferry:) Ojala a tus visitas les guste nuestro bello Panamá. Me pongo a tus ordenes para cualquier info que necesites.

Gracias a tu recorrido y tus fotos en instagram, me fui de aventura con mi novio a conocer Playa Blanca en Portobelo, en carnavales.
Nosotros inicialmente queriamos ir a Cayos Holandeses, pero en carnaval ya estaba todo lleno y no conseguimos estadia.
