Salvatore Ferragamo Multiplaza Pacific, Panama

Recuerdo estar en Nairobi, Kenia cuando recibí un correo de mi familia de Salvatore Ferragamo preguntándome cuando volvía a Panamá ya que querían contar conmigo para la inauguración de su nueva tienda en Multiplaza Pacific.

Claro que fue un perfect timing por que recién era unos días después de mi llegada así que claro que dije que me encantaría asistir. Después de increíbles experiencias estos 5 meses la verdad que una de las cosas que ansiaba era volver a esos “Fashion dates” jugando dress up, y buscar el look perfecto para esa noche.

Cuando me mandaron las opciones para escoger fue súper difícil para mí porque quería vestirlos todos jajaja que hasta les pedí sus opiniones en IG Stories. Al final decidí irme por el vestido rosa a que me parecía súper clásico, elegante, femenino y creo que el color fue lo que me cautivo sobre todo para la temporada de Spring.

Panamá es una ciudad muy linda, y divertida sobre todo para las chicas que siempre hay eventos a los que podemos asistir.  i querido Panamá se ha vuelto desde hace muchos años uno de los mercados más importantes de Latinoamérica. Casi todas las marcas de lujo expandiéndose al mercado latinoamericano abren tienda en Panamá ya que junto a México y Brasil es un mercado muy influyente.

La tienda de Salvatore Ferragamo está ubicado en uno de los mejores y más exclusivos mall de Panamá: Multiplaza Pacific. La celebración de este evento era porque era la inauguraron oficial de su nueva tienda en el mall y el lanzamiento de su nueva colección Primavera-verano 2017. A pesar que la marca ya estaba en el mall desde el 2007 está decidió ampliarse a un espacio más lindo y grande que sigue estando en la sección del Luxury Avenue de Multiplaza.

Recuerdo que mi date para este evento fue una de mis mejores amigas: Pilar Sinclair que es unas diseñadoras de interiores muy reconocida en Panamá. Cuando las dos entramos a la tienda la verdad es que quedamos cautivadas por el nuevo espacio ya que es súper elegante, lujosa y bastante refinada. La boutique ofrece tanto colección de hombres como para mujeres. Nosotras apenas entramos obvio nos fuimos a la derecha a ver la sección divertida donde están los bolsos, cinturones, zapatos, bufandas, su colección pret a porter.

Algo súper interesante durante el evento fue observar a unos de los artesanos de la marca donde demostró el behind scenes de lo que hay detrás de los diseños de la lujosa marca italiana.

Sin embargo, la mejor parte de todas sin duda para mí fue ver algunas caras conocidas que tenía mucho tiempo de no ver. Mi gran sorpresa y lo que cerro mi noche fue ver a una amiga que tenía muchos años de no verla en persona más que en su Instagram hahaha a mi amiga Pilar Alvarez (si tengo muchas Pilis en mi vida jeje). La última vez que mi a mi amiga Pili fue en Acapulco México para el aniversario de la revista Vogue Latinoamérica. Recuerdo que yo la conocí en ese viaje y automáticamente las dos hicimos click y nos hicimos amigas al igual con su esposo Mauricio que resulto ser tico. Y como muchos de ustedes saben yo soy tica de nacimiento ósea que ya se imaginaran la joda tica que teníamos en el viaje.

De verdad que ver a mi amiga Pilar fue uno de los highlights de mi noche, a pesar que no pudimos vernos más porque ella vive en Miami y al día siguiente se iba súper temprano a Perú la tuve conmigo algunas horas y espero ir a visitarla a Miami pronto.

    Ah this sounds so amazing! So jealous! My parents are from Nicaragua! I’ve actually never been to Costa Rica but I’ve heard it’s beautiful and same with Panama. So great that you got to meet up with you friend and enjoy this experience!

    I am so so jealous right now!! Salvatore Ferragamo is one of my favorite brands (actually my husband’s as well for shoes. Though I haven’t had much clothing pieces, I would imagine it looks equally classic and chic just as your dress is. You look amazing and stunning for this fun night, love your hair and make up!

    Thank you for sharing your recap of this fun night with Ferragamo! Ferragamo is actually one of the first luxury brands I ever learned of because my mom is such a fan. One of my most prized posessions to this day are my black Ferragamo heels even from sophomore year in college! How amazing that the brand has opened such a big and elegant space in Panama! I never realized that Panama was such an influential market, but it completely makes sense! The dress you chose for the event was feminine, classy, and totally classic Ferragamo style.     Ferragamo is such a well known brand and very luxurious. I love their craftsmanship on their leather goods and their clothes are also beautiful. You picked an amazing dress that is timeless and chic. How exciting that they opened a store in Panana and that not only you go to attend but saw your old friend from years ago there!     I love attending store openings because you get to view items before anyone else and the opportunity to try things on, when the store is probably the most immaculate! Sometimes you even get to meet some of the most important people to the company since it’s the very first time to open. So glad you were able to see your friend you hadn’t seen in a while! I also had no idea Panama had such a presence in the fashion industry. I almost want to visit for that reason alone. You look so stunning in your sleeveless blazer dress!
