Tengo que ser sincera, pero soy una de esas chicas que empezó tarde a cuidar de su piel y ahora que voy a cumplir 30 me he dado cuenta de lo importante que es sobre todo a la hora de maquillarte. No soy muy fan de maquillarme mucho no porque no me guste si no porque no se más que lo necesario para aplicarme un maquille básico y natural como lo hago todos los días.
¿A alguno de ustedes les ha pasado que a veces piensan que el maquillaje no les dura o cuando lo aplican les cuesta que se ajuste a la piel? Bueno a mi si me ha pasado y esto se debe a que no se prepara la piel antes de maquillarse. Una de mis mejores amigas es maquillista profesional y siempre me dice lo importante que es y gracias a ella fue que empecé a prestar más atención a los productos que ayudan a preparar la piel.
Hoy les quiero enseñar un producto que descubrí hace poco de Clinique de su nueva colección Prep-Start que me ha encantado porque he notado la diferencia de cómo deja mi piel a la hora de aplicarme el maquillaje. Normalmente yo sufro de una piel reseca, pero desde que empecé a usar este producto noto mí piel más suave y sin líneas de expresión.
Lo que más me gusta es que es súper fácil de aplicar con 3 simple pasos antes de aplicarte el maquillaje:
Paso #1: 2 en 1 Exfoliante y Jabón de cara: limpia y exfolia tu cutis para un acabado suave y brillante. Con extractos de papaya natural más perlas de bambú para dar un acabo de una piel lisa. Esta fórmula 2-en-1 quita la suciedad, enmascarando las células muertas de la piel, el exceso de aceite y las impurezas para dar a la piel un acabado liso y un resplandor radiante. Adicional prepara la piel para el maquillaje para todos los tipos de piel. 
Paso #2: Hydroblur: definitivamente mi nuevo filtro favorito. Adiós a los filtros de Instagram y Snapchat ya que tengo mi filtro personalizado y real. Esta crema hidrata mientras suavemente borra el aspecto de las imperfecciones. Deja la piel suave, con un acabado aterciopelado. Controla el aceite hasta 8 horas y suaviza el cutis para el maquillaje. Su textura súper-sedosa y ligera se desliza fácilmente y establece un acabado mate de aspecto radiante. 
Paso#3: Eye Cream: una corrida para los ojos que hidrata, ilumina, te anima. Su toque fresco y la punta de-puffing ayudan a mantener los ojos frescos. Suaviza el camino para el maquillaje.
Paso#4: Aplica tu maquillaje: después de hacer estos pasos créanme que notaran una gran diferencia en cómo les queda el maquillaje y como les dura en el día sobre todo para esas chicas con piel grasa en la zona T. Solo miren el antes y el después.
También me gustaría compartirles 3 de mis nuevos colores de lipsticks favoritos de Clinique: Lava Pop 02– mi nuevo rojo favorito para el día y la noche, Cocoa Pop 01– my color de todos los días ya que este color nude le da un efecto mas natural a mi maquillaje, Peace Pop 08– mi nuevo color favorito durante las noches sobre todo que ya tenemos el otoño. Los 3 colores los uso bastante pero lo que me gusta de ellos es que no reseca los labios y duran bastante.

I’m somewhat like you. I began way too late and my knowledge is limited, but I’m quite good at applying a natural makeup nowadays and a heavier one for photo shoots. As for Clinique I’ve always thought them to be worth every penny as their products are amazing and if there’s one thing I’ll definitely try out it is the Hydroblur as I want a filter of my own too, haha. 🙂

Clinique is one of my all time favorite beauty brands, it never disappoints me. I started using the pep-start eye cream last year and I love it, I always have it on my bag because after a few hour in front of the computer my eyes start looking very tired, and this always saves me.
I have the same problem with makeup and didn’t know it was related to how you prepare the skin, I guess I need to pay more attention to that… :/

Marcy, I love that you’ve introduced me to Cliniques pep- start line. I really love all different skin care products and love experimenting with them but, if I’m being honest, I’m not always so sure what I should be pairing together. I love their Prep-Start collection so much. I’ve been always a huge fan of Clinique, I just love the quality of their products as well as the final result. And recently I’ve got a chance to try their Pop Liquid Matte lip colours. I have mine in a shade Ripe Pop and it’s fantastic! I love Clinique! I’m the same way. I started late on the train of being good about having a routine for skincare. I currently have their foundation too which is doing alright for myself skin. Love the lip colors!
Skincare is so important and I’ve tried so many products already and I’m only in my mid 20s. These Clinique products sound fantastic though! So many morning products are too thick and my makeup just slides off my face. Those lip colours are stunning too.
