Collecting Summers with Show Me your Mumu

Happy beginning of September, my dear travellers! It’s amazing how the year has flown by, right?

I’m about to leave to my last destination in Madagascar which is the famous Avenue of the Baobabs. Then I will be exploring another African country which I’m very excited about which is South Africa.  But before I leave to the no Wi-fi zone I would like to share a very special #ootd post with one of my favourite brands Show Me Your Mumu chasing summers. It is special because it involves a way of how can we help people affected by the Houston, Texas hurricane.

Today 1st of September Show Me Your Mumu is donating 10% of their sales to the Houston Area Women’s Center. I love it when fashion brands come together to help.

When I planned my trip to the Indian Ocean I knew some of my wardrobe will have to be from Show Me Your Mumu which is one of my ultimate favourite brands. To be honest when I pack for my trips I always try to plan very well which are the looks I will take with me because I feel it is a very important component for my IG photos.

One of the things that I love most about Show Me Your Mumu are the beautiful and fun prints they offer, the chic-loose designs and how functional they are to wear on any occasion.

The first look I wear for collecting summers is this Hendigo Go Go set which is a paisley print in white and blue. I love the feminine touches of the ruffles in the top.  The fact that it is a 2 piece set is super functional so you can use them together or separate.The second look is this yellow chiffon Daffodil dress that I can’t stop wearing! I have worn this dress for super formal events, television interviews and even for a beach look. Normally I don’t use yellow, but if it is a vibrant yellow like this one I would certainly wear it as it goes very well with my skin color and above all it stands out with my new Indian Ocean tan. Don’t you guys agree?

    I love show me your mumu. In fact my favorite romper is by them! It’s so comfortable and the prints they have are always amazing. Looks like you had tons of fun on the beach. Loving that yellow dress on you.

    I’m honestly so jealous of your travels! This beach is the epitome of paradise. I can imagine that South Africa will be incredible too.

    These pieces from Show Me Your Mumu are so cute and it’s wonderful to hear that they are donating money to those affected by the hurricane. This yellow hue looks fantastic on you and I adore the floaty, one-shoulder style.

    You are such a beauty on pictures as always. I love your bright outfits, especially that stunning yellow dress. I always feel so happy when I see brands donating to charity organizations.     There couldn’t be a more perfect backdrop for Show Me Your Mumu than the amazing beaches of Madagaskar!     That yellow mumu looks absolutely amazing on you. Yellow is such a diffiuclt color to pull off, but yet you rock it! The earrings that you’ve paired with the outfit are so perfect for the beach. Mumus are so gorgeous without having to compromise comfort.
