Hello my dear travelers, I am writing from the middle of the Indian Ocean! How has your August started so far? Is it amazing that we are already at the seventh month of the year, right? This makes me think that I still haven’t done many things that I have proposed for this 2017 and I have only 5 months left.
Many of you do not know, but this year is my last year as a twenty-year-old. Hello dear 30! Yes that’s right this 2017 I’m arriving to the third floor. The truth is it is a bittersweet feeling because I remember as if it was yesterday when I wanted to be 30 and now I’m only 4 months away for it to come true, and the only thing I think about is having a magic wand to be able to stop time.
One of my goals this 2017 before my 30th birthday was to be able to travel to 30 destinations and I only have 4 months left lol… So how is the progress going? Not good.. I actually don’t think I can achieve this goal. For now I have traveled to 10 destinations and the end of August I will add 3 to the list, I have not even completed half …. So I think I’m going to have to settle for what I’ve been able to do.
The positive side of this is that even though there are not 30 destinations, I have been able to explore and enjoy those 10 destinations very well, in some I stayed more than a month. I think that the most important thing for me is not the number, but how well you can know each destination and how many beautiful memories you have been able to take from them.
So if you haven’t noticed travel is my thing hahaha and as a good traveler something in which I always invest in is a good set of suitcases. Since I started the blog more than 3 years ago I bought a set of new cases each year. I have to say that it has been very expensive, but something that is worth 100% investing in especially for those people who travel long distances for long periods like me.
When I am looking to invest in a good set of suitcases the first thing I look at is the design, how light it is, but at the same time how durable they are, how practical they are, how spacious they are and their compartments. When I returned home my ultimate goal was to be able to invest in a smart suitcase before my trip to the Indian Ocean.
That’s how I started my collaboration with the Raden suitcase since I was looking for a practical suitcase that could fulfill my needs while traveling.
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m literally one of those people that always runs out with no battery in all my electronics. So if you ever see a Marcy next to the charging stations in an airport that’s probably me.
Now that I have Raden in my life this will no longer be me. The simple fact that I can charge my iPhone through my suitcase seems super ingenious to me. Another of my concerns whenever I travel for long or short periods is the weight. What can I say a girl can never have too many outfits right? The fact that your suitcase can tell you exactly the weight you have is a mega plus. Do you guys know how much money I have paid for overweight baggage’s to the airline?

I’m so jealous. I’ve been dying for a Raden bag! Actually I’m turning 30 in just a few weeks and have had so many things that I wanted to do before then including traveling but life has gotten in the way. Love their luggage. Seriously so cool and perfect.
This is just every travelers ideal suitcase! Especially if you are traveling far. I am so used to 12-16 hour flights and a lot of times there aren’t any outlets available or you don’t have time to stop and charge. I will definitely look into their suitcases for my next trips!

All of this sounds so interesting. I mean, seriously, travelling the world and experiencing all this beauty – it’s just a dream came true. Don’t be upset, you’ll visit all of these places anyway this year or next one. It doesn’t matter. The thing is to keep doing it and never give up. 30 destinations is a bit much anyway. Your travels are pretty epic – take your time – no reason to rush. You have your whole life ahead to travel. 30s are the best – you really come into yourself and get to enjoy life so much more than your 20s. I have to say your Raden bag looks amazing! 30 trips before 30 is a huge goal to achieve. I wish you were able to achieve that. I can tell just by the looks that Raden is a good luggage brand.
